WHAT’S GOOD: TAYYIB SMITH

Tayyib Smith is a third generation Philadelphian, activist, and a multi-entrepreneur dedicated to cultural competency and the ability to engage multicultural audiences.  Working at the intersection of art, real estate, and economic validity, he co-founded Little Giant Creative, Pipeline Philly, and The Growth Collective, an innovative partnership committed to dismantling systemic barriers in communities of color. Tayyib serves on the boards of the BlackStar Film Festival, Kensington Corridor Trust, and the Prizm Art Fair. He is also a partner at Smith & Roller Holdings, a real estate company that engages and invites diverse stakeholders of neighborhoods to become part of a growing, multicultural, and multi-socioeconomic tapestry which promotes holistic urban development.
