WHAT’S GOOD: SETH KLIGERMAN

After working in hospitality for ten years in executive roles at resorts, restaurants, and hotels, Seth Kligerman opened Forin Cafe in Fishtown in 2021. The idea was to be not just a cafe, but a lifestyle hub with a focus on travel and culture. Now with three locations, Forin Cafe has grown to be a staple in the Philadelphia coffee scene. In May last year, Kligerman and partner Kyle Horne opened Percy– a 70’s-inspired all-day diner. Kligerman’s love for music and travel is evident in the thoughtful designs of his restaurants. He and his family live in Fishtown.
