Noorann Matties is a photographer and mixed media artist living in Philadelphia. Her work is rooted in repetition and process, which is evident in her meticulous beadwork, where she creates images in the form of bead curtains. Her work has been exhibited at numerous galleries in Philadelphia and beyond. Noorann has also worked in the body piercing industry since 2017. In her free time, she can be found hanging out with her cats Nermal and Hollywood.
