Josie Dicarlo is the co-founder of Barnet Fair Hair, a stylish salon in Old City. Having grown up working in her father’s autobody shop, she developed the grit and work ethic necessary to own a small business, and in 2017 she opened her own salon after professionally cutting hair for over a decade. Josie loves to help her clients find their truest personal style identity through collaboration, giving them effortless cuts without being overstyled. When she’s not doing hair, she can be found kayaking, boating, or hanging out with her Italian Greyhounds.
