Hannah Spivak owns BRKFST IN MARCH, a floral design studio in Philadelphia. With a sheer love for flowers as an art form, Hannah has travelled all over the country and around the world to learn techniques in floral composition. She has been recognized by Philly Style Zine and Philadelphia Weddings, and the Philadelphia Flower Show’s small business design section in 2021. BRKFST strives to be low waste, so each flower is carefully chosen for its ability to be dried later and re-used. Hannah also owns a small vintage shop in Old Kensington called Virida, which was named Best New Boutique by Philadelphia Magazine in 2025. Virida began as a passion project, but has since become a space where all of Hannah’s pursuits meet: the art that inspires her, the dried flowers from her events, and the vintage she curates.
We asked Hannah to tell us about a few of her favorite spots around Philly.
