Aubrey Loftus is the self-taught designer behind Modern Misfits, her handmade food-themed accessories line. Aubrey’s creations evoke a feeling of joy and whimsy, with products like a beaded watermelon baseball cap, and a bag that looks like a stick of butter. You can find Modern Misfits at many of the maker markets around the city, or take one of Aubrey’s DIY design workshops.
We asked Aubrey to tell us about a few of her favorite places around Philly.
